Doner Kebab Production and Wholesale

Our facility produces and sells doner kebab and cooked doner varieties. All our meat comes from naturally raised livestock, and every stage of production follows food safety and hygiene rules.

Our mission is to deliver tasty, reliable and healthy food to consumers by maintaining a sustainable supply of quality products. Donersan Doner produces doner kebab — one of the most essential flavours of Turkish cuisine — without additives or shortcuts, supplying the doner the sector needs.

I started this trade in 1979 in Bursa with livestock breeding, continued with wholesale livestock and retail meat sales, and later moved into doner production. We have run several stores in Bursa and abroad. Today we focus entirely on doner kebab production and ship frozen products to provinces across Turkey.
